At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role Bachelor Degree from IT Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues Proficient in using common IT tools, networking system hardware, and software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to users Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient IT operations A customer-centric approach and the desire to provide exceptional IT support
