DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from employees, including hardware, software, and network-related problems Provide first-line support and troubleshoot a variety of IT systems and applications Maintain and update IT systems, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance Assist with the implementation and configuration of new IT equipment and applications Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements Document IT incidents and maintain accurate records of support activities Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role Bachelor Degree from IT Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues Proficient in using common IT tools, networking system hardware, and software, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to users Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient IT operations A customer-centric approach and the desire to provide exceptional IT support
