Title: Technical Sales Advisor - Agrochemical Division Position: Full-time Travel: Approximately 20-40% Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Description: Technical Sales Advisor – Agrochemical Division, will utilize their skills and technical knowledge to assist in the doing on farm research and supporting company sales efforts. This role will require the person to be diligent, responsible, and self-motivated with on-farm research. This role also requires creativity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support sales and marketing aspects of the company. Responsibilities: Technical: To conduct sales presentation and possibly trials Oversee and perform on farm research trials with company products to document their performance. Analyze data from on farm research and provide conclusions and recommendations. Provide internal and external support for analytical laboratory operations. Sales Support: Help create sales and marketing support documents based on research results. Communicate research results to non-technical salesmen, marketing personnel, management, and farm managers. Search for continual improvements in on farm research and technical sales support efforts.
