DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct and develop sales strategy. Plan sales calls and meetings for customer accounts. Monitor and analyse sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines. Report sales performance regularly to the Area Sales Manager. Build and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners. Collecting feedback from customers and business partners. Conducting marketing activities, such as: End User Seminars, Exhibitions, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Embryology, or other relevant scientific fields. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Have relevant sales experience in scientific related areas Strong leadership skills supported by effective communication abilities. In-depth understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationships in scientific related areas Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic business changes. Willingness to travel out of town. Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bandung.
