DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues from employees in a timely and efficient manner Provide first-line technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications Liaise with external IT providers for more complex issues that require escalation Maintain accurate records of all IT support requests and resolutions Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service delivery
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience (2+ years) in an IT support or help desk role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using IT support tools and ticketing systems Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
