Leading and managing sales team
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and guidance
Developing and managing relationships with Customers
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
Set the Monthly & annually sales target, and achieve the target through every possible way
Assist marketing with regional initiatives e.g. exhibitions, presentations, and product launch etc.
Develop proposals in response to customers’ tender requirements to ensure our product offering is optimized from both a technical and commercial basis.
Align with internal development and delivery team or external supplier to ensure consistency in product and schedule expectation.
Deep understanding of customer's business environment, proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs and generating pipeline
Explore new market segments for expansion of our product offering
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
Identifies channel opportunities and takes initiative to drive growth
REQUIREMENT
Experienced in handling industrial equipment or lubricants for various sectors such as manufacturing, mining, oil, gas, construction, and others
Bachelor Degree from any reputable University
Minimal 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage team
Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics
Computer literate and has excellent skills in delivering a presentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of sales and business development experience
Experience and ability to review and respond to customers’ procurement processes
Confident with decision making in regards to determining Product guidelines, purpose, following through and completion
Entrepreneurial background in a sales capacity
Ability to travel as required
Proficient in English communication
