    1. Pengelolaan Pengadaan dan Pengiriman Material Berkoordinasi dengan tim perencanaan proyek dan supplier untuk memastikan pengadaan material sesuai kebutuhan proyek dan jadwal kerja. Mengatur jadwal pengiriman material ke lokasi proyek agar tepat waktu dan sesuai kuantitas serta kualitas yang dibutuhkan. Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen pengiriman dan penerimaan barang (surat jalan, faktur, dan lain-lain). 2. Pengelolaan Penyimpanan dan Inventarisasi Mengatur tata letak gudang dan memastikan penyimpanan material serta peralatan dilakukan sesuai prosedur agar aman dan mudah diakses. Melakukan pencatatan stok material dan alat secara akurat dan rutin melakukan stock opname. Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengadaan ulang berdasarkan stok yang tersedia dan proyeksi penggunaan. 3. Distribusi dan Penyaluran Material ke Lapangan Menyusun jadwal dan mekanisme penyaluran material dan peralatan ke lokasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara tepat waktu. Berkoordinasi dengan Site Manager dan Site Engineer terkait kebutuhan lapangan agar pengadaan berjalan efisien. Mengawasi proses pemakaian material agar sesuai dengan anggaran dan menghindari pemborosan. 4. Pengelolaan Dokumen dan Pelaporan Membuat dan mengelola laporan stok, pengeluaran material, dan distribusi secara berkala kepada Project Manager dan Logistik Head Office. Menjaga kelengkapan dokumen terkait logistik seperti surat jalan, laporan penerimaan, dan dokumen administrasi lainnya. Mengelola dan merapikan segala dokumen yang didistribusikan ke Head Office seperti SPB, TTB, PO, Surat Jalan, Bon Material, dan Kartu Stock Material. Mendukung audit internal dan eksternal terkait pengelolaan material dan logistik. Mendata dan mengelola secara terpisah semua item yang sering berpotensi untuk dibebankan, seperti ritase sampah, scaffolding, listrik & air kerja, dan potensi pembebanan lainnya. Mendata dan koordinasi dengan Project Manager terkait pembagian pembebanan akibat kerusakan alat, perbaikan pekerjaan dan semua kebutuhan persiapan proyek sesuai data dari Head Office. 5. Pengelolaan Tim dan Keselamatan Kerja Memimpin dan mengawasi tim gudang serta petugas material agar menjalankan tugas dengan disiplin dan sesuai SOP. Memastikan penerapan standar keselamatan kerja di area gudang dan selama proses handling material. Melakukan pelatihan atau briefing K3 terkait pengelolaan material bila diperlukan.
