Enforce IT security rules, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital information. Respond to and resolve IT incidents, failures, and cybersecurity breaches. Manage communication control, network segmentation, and secure remote access solutions. Vendor and Stakeholder Management Evaluate and select IT vendors for systems and services based on compliance and security capabilities. Collaborate with department heads, and external stakeholders for smooth operations. Train employees on IT policies and security awareness, including phishing simulations and regular drills. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Maintain and regularly test disaster recovery plans to minimize business disruption during outages or cyber incidents. Ensure readiness of recovery sites, IT redundancies, and critical system backups.
