Monitor Responsible to prepare and maintain the complete data of purchased Asset, incl. completing data on existing asset, with scope (not limited to):
CER, ARF, TBE, support PR process create Quote, tech spec & drawing, certificate, etc.
Work in Progress report (incl. Pre Delivery Inspect and QC report)
BAST, GRR, Invoice & Insurance Declaration
To some extent, ageing machine may not have complete data, yet major purchasing document must be exist to support re-sale process.
Eventually to provide Complete & Accurate asset doc.
Responsible to prepare (in relation to new asset purchase), such as (not limited to):
Maintain New Asset Price database
Prepare & monitor CER for new/rebuild asset
Do admin function to support the process e.g. create PR in ERP/SAP
Monitor & remind the ARF and CER approval
Provide periodical delivery update report
Eventually to have smooth process & complete data of New asset purchase or existing asset rebuild
Responsible to do daily day-to-day CER CAPEX Component process at HO level incl.: liaise & expedite the approval process & distribute update. Eventually to have smooth process & ON TIME of CER CAPEX Component approval process
Responsible to prepare and collect operation data on asset i.e.
Periodical e.g. monthly update status by site
Monthly LTD hours update
Eventually to have complete & accurate asset data
Responsible to prepare Insurance declaration for all PTP asset, with proper sum-insured value
Eventually to have all PTP assets under insurance umbrella with adequate insured amount
Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal PTP policy, e.g.:
To work at any PTP work location
To do relevant task given by supervisor
To perform overtime to meet dateline
Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably in Business Administration or Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with lower academic qualification) is highly considered (min 6 years)
Preferably to have 3 (three) years experiences in administration related to Mining/OGS industries or 1 (one) year experience in Asset Management
Able to use computer well i.e. MS Office suite, especially spread sheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English (practical level), on both verbal & written
Willing to work/travel to any PTP work location incl. project site
Own high ethic, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure (including do overtime) whilst maintaining the quality of the result.
