Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues Create & Doing PICA (Problem Identification & Corrective Action) Have a good analytichal thinking, problem solving, coordination, interpersonal skill & communication
REQUIREMENT

Experience with the core system : LDAP, messaging, file and print, DNS, proxy & RAID Backup Good experience in managing Zimbra Email Server, Samba File server, VOIP Telephony, antivirus Scripting Experience in (e.g. PHP, HTML, JS, CSS,) Database Experience in (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) Experience in Developing Mobile App
