DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create, check and archive invoices, supplier notes, AP / AR reports to ensure debt / receivable status. Create, print invoices and ensure that the bills are delivered to customers properly and on time. Receive, check the bill from the vendor and make a recap to ensure payments. Examine the petty cash summaries to ensure effective use and availability of petty cash. Receive payment receipt from customers, and payment to the supplier in a timely and accurate manner to ensure timeliness and accuracy of receipt or payment. Archives all transaction documents to maintain administrative order and facilitate tracking of documents. Manage phone calls, correspondence and other admin jobs(e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma (preferably graduated from administration background) Basic understanding of bookkeeping terms English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written) Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Minimum 1-year experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Good communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
