DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Acting as the 1st layer in processing customer sales inquiries – starting from Activation Request, Service Cancellation, BAST, PKS and any other additional request, via e-mail or phone
Recording data entry via System and other clerical duties within directorate
Collaborating with sales team to take care of daily administration in the office such as make report, spreadsheets and archiving important document
Performing Customer Service duty to answer various inputs and feedbacks received and relay it to various departments
Archiving record management such as registration form, change service form, relocation form
Consolidating report from internal and external parties
Will be placed in Jakarta
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma Degree with GPA min. 2,75
Good in computer skill (microsoft office, excell, power point, etc)
Good in administrative and management skill
