DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Reporting into a Team Leader, the Data Analyst will seek to gather user requirements and inputs with regards to the IT system (Orion Systems) and draft improvement requests to the vendor based in China. Similarly, you will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives to assess system updates before global roll-out across the company.
We are looking for a strong team-player who is able to relate well with the stakeholders, and able to concisely relay their needs to the vendor, and vice versa in layman's terms. You are data-oriented, and are quick to learn the usage of new system updates and improvements. This role might also require some stand-up training for the users should there be a major system upgrade.
REQUIREMENT
A background in IT systems and UAT (User Acceptance Test) initiatives. You are able to validate activities clearly, and determine if the solution provided by the vendor has fulfilled the team's requirements. Some understanding on supply chain management will be helpful for your learning curve. You also possess excellent time and project management skills.
