DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in aerospace engineering discipline, manufacturing or technical field. To lead an integrated program team, compose of individual from different functional and technical areas meet and delivers as per customer requirement within the bounds of CTRM AC resources and its financial goals. The incumbent is accountable to team performance in terms of team dynamics, product deliveries and program’s process improvements. Strong technical knowledge with respect to the function. Good people-management, leadership and coaching skills. Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent core communication and customer interface skills.
