DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing user helpdesk support for IT software and hardware (PC/ Notebook and Server) Investigate and resolve any problem and requests for support Troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and system matters Troubleshooting networking problem / connectivity issue Perform system and database administration Support in Domain controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Firewall, Network server Support in wireless controller, Cisco & Alcatel with LAN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, OSPF, Switches, and Routers
REQUIREMENT

Minimum a Professional Cert / Nitec in Information Technology / Computer Engineering, Technology or its equivalent Proficiency in computer hardware, windows, networking system and data administration will be an added advantage Is a team player and can work independently
