DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Currently available is a newly created role for the successful candidate to bring about change and transformation. This Finance Director will oversee the financial reporting, analysis, taxes, audit, end to end finance controllership and be a business partner with various business units’ leaders and internal stakeholders. Other than the usual finance responsibilities, we are looking for an individual who can be the driver of new ideas and ways of implementing finance procedures. You will advice business divisions on best practices and encourage seamless integration between finance and the commercial businesses.
REQUIREMENT

The ideal candidate should have experience managing a sizeable team indirectly, exposure to B2C industries that are voluminous, and ideally have designed and implemented finance transformation and business change. Business acumen and effective communication skills are non negotiable soft skills needed to perform in this role.
