Administrative
Undertake the management of all administrative correspondence
Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate member of staff and take messages
Deal with incoming & outgoing mail
Logging information in respect of sales inquiry, payments, sales orders, purchase orders,
Maintain and update computerized & manual filing systems
Arrange for regular staff meetings and taking of meeting minutes
Undertake any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate
Finance
Maintain accurate company accounts.
Manage collections and payment
Liaise with accountants in the preparation of monthly and end of year accounts and company returns.
Undertake monthly bank reconciliations
Manage filing of GST
Ensure that financial systems and controls are in place
Negotiate with suppliers
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Admin/Finance, Business Studies or Management with Finance or Accounting
Good Communication especially writing skills in English
Sound knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
Excellent skills of operating Microsoft word and excel spreadsheet
Experience of using accounting software (Auto Count preferable)
