Ensure the high standards of service provided for guests the achievement of the department qualitative quantitative targets Improve the department result by increasing sales & the productivity of F& B points of sale Organize & supervise the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts. Convey the hotel’s image & atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm & friendly welcome, availability & frequent presence in the field
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Requirement: Male/ Female Maximum 40 years old. Minimum 5 years experiences in same position. Able to communicate in English both in written and oral form. Having experience and able to manage the following : Menu’s & Food Presentation Safety & Hygiene Coordinate Team work & Training Achievement oriented Experience from Hotel are priority.
