DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct identification and mapping of potential hazards that may occur in the work environment. Create and maintain documents related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Develop ideas related to OHS programs. Evaluate the likelihood or potential for incidents and accidents to occur. Serve as a liaison between government regulations and company policies. Person in Charge of Emergency Risk Management Conduct emergency response simulations. Actively participate as an ERT (Emergency Response Team) in both internal and external events.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/OHS, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and labor laws related to workplace health and safety. Holding an AK3 Umum certification from the Ministry of Manpower is a plus. Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and HSE SOP development. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
