DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Will perform various system administration duties in a medium Microsoft Environment Implementing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows 2016/2019 server as well as Microsoft and other third party applications Perform 3rd level desktop support for Windows 10/11 as required Provide technical mentoring 1st and 2nd level desktop support team members Execute routine patching and maintenance of Windows system Provide recommendations for the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures Update and track user issues using Helpdesk ticketing system Maintain system documentation, tune system performance and installing System software
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree Having min 3 years experiences in implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows server technologies Having min 5 years experiences in deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop technologies Excellent knowledge and experience with Active Directory and implementation Proven experience with server room and server rack management Proven experience with VMware environment and NAS storage Demonstrate good planning skills by ensuring the appropriate scheduling of resources including equipment and supplies Good speak and write in English Experience with IP PBX, Switching and Routing Products will be an advantage Experience administering Microsoft 365, VMware or Synology storage will be an advantage ITIL experience and certification will be an advantage
