DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Effective communication with and quick response to customers (internal salespersons, consultants, contractors, distributors, project owners) Responsible on completing assigned tasks, following-up tasks and reporting the progress. Responsible on making technical presentations and explaining to customers about all Tozen products Responsible on checking product compliance for customer projects, and provide solutions on how to meet customers’ requirements Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer pre-sales/post-sales support where necessary Establish customer rapport and acceptance
REQUIREMENT

3 - 5 years technical background in rubber flexible joints, vibration isolators, valves, and stainless steel hoses industries Ability to work independently and with others as a team Effective communicator (and good presentation skills) Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills Ability to understand engineering drawings (autocad) Have a valid driver license (SIM A / SIM C) Highly motivated to learn and improve Able to work in flexible hours (according to customer schedule)
