DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

HR & Talent Development Officer will responsible in managing daily activities in talent development including making talent development plan, executing development program and monitoring all development program both conducted in corporate and its subsidiary companies. Executing talent management activities meet the schedule. Another challenge will be faced is to make sure all HR KPI are achieved.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from Psychology / Human Resource Management, with GPA min. 3,00 Have minimum 5 years working experience in Talent Development / Talent Management or as Training Officer Excellent in Talent Development & Talent Management cycle Have strong leadership Have good communication skill & good in maintaining coordination across departments Willing to be located in Bandung
