REQUIREMENT

Qualification Bachelor’s Degree within Marketing or related field; advance degree desirable Experience 3 - 5 years Location Surabaya Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be residing in Surabaya. Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility. Benefit Range (Variantion depends on credetials, qualifications and performance; Monthly benefit consists of main salary, transport, parking, BPJS, and additional 3-monthly performance incentive) : Training Period 1 month (IDR 5 mio); Probation 6 months (IDR 7 - 9 mios/month), Full time (IDR 10 - 14 mios/month). Can do attitude and positive outlook. Outgoing, energetic, ambitious, flexible and adaptable disposition. Patient focused, with a strong commitment to achieve the goals. Ability to work flexible hours (min. 40 hours/week) when required to meet the demands of the service including weekend and public holiday. Required Skill(s): strong knowledge in computer (Ms Office), public speaking, negotiation skill, customer oriented, team work, time management. Designated work place: Current office in Jakarta Design Center (JDC) - West Jakarta. Work scope area: Jakarta Raya, Tangerang and Surabaya. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing or other relevant roles to the position applied.
