REQUIREMENT

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Have 3-5 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in finance, accounting, and tax roles, ideally in a sales distribution or similar industry. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and working with financial software systems. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant tax regulations). Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and knowledge in international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems). Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this role involves liaising with both internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., local distributors, auditors, tax authorities).
