DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Developing and implementing training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that ALDI partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes. - Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers. - Promoting self-learning through HaCI and DIKA for Sales Network members. - Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
REQUIREMENT

- University degree from any major, preferably from management, HR, communication, or psychology. - At least 1 year of work experience in adult training or a similar position. - At least 1 year of experience in the Sales, Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry. - Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. - Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, laser, animation, cropping, etc.). - Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). - Willingness to visit sales points every week.
