DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for sales performance monitoring Perform statistical analysis, including regression and hypothesis testing, to identify patterns and correlations Write SQL queries and create data visualizations for reporting and business intelligence Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for improving sales strategies Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the analysis and reporting process
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, sales data management, or a similar role Strong proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and database management Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization, and reporting tools Experience with data collection, analysis, modeling, and visualization Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to generate insights, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations
