DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Making journal entry in system in daily basis. Verify accuracy and completeness of documents for all transactions. Make sure all transactions are recorded properly according PSAK and SOP applied. Doing reconciliation accounts every month. Supporting preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances of sales and expenses against projection. Maintain archive documentation for financial transactions. Follow up and coordinate with factory team in daily basis. Helping in costing process and product costing. Doing Stock taking at the end of financial period. Ad hoc reporting as requested by management.
REQUIREMENT

S1 Accounting, with minimum GPA 3.25. Preferably domicile in East Java. Age 27-30 years old. Has minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Department (experienced in manufacturing garment industry is a huge advantage). Has good capabilities in operating Microsoft office and accounting softwares. Have a good knowledge of accounting concepts and financial terms. Able to speak and write in English well in an advantage. Target-oriented & able to work under pressure.
