DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and develop new business opportunities for plastic recycling solutions in Indonesia, especially PET and polyolefins Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the recycling industry Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets Provide technical and commercial support to customers Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in the plastic recycling industry, preferably with a background in washing or pelletizing equipment, sorters, or related fields Strong understanding of plastic recycling processes and technologies Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure Proven capability to operate effectively within a multicultural environment Highly goal-oriented, dynamic, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility Strong team player with a disciplined work ethic Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office Applications Excellent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus If you are passionate about plastic recycling and have the required experience and skills, we would love to hear from you.
