DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications and network components
Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users
Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors
Provide guidance and recommendations to colleagues on best practices for using systems and technologies within the company
Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure
Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding / offboarding process
Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT / ISO related policies and procedures
Collaborate with vendors, project leads and users to resolve issues and ensure consistent, viable solutions
Update the core WordPress, manage plugin license and maintain pages and content
Report generation and data analysis.
REQUIREMENT
With relevant experience in Level 2 Support
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
Knowledge of SQL & Excel Is a MUST requirement
Familiarity with WordPress would be advantageous
