DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively prospect and generate new business through canvassing, networking, and phone calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and give the best service to meet those needs. Learn quickly to be able to present the strengths of the products offered. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently deals and growing the customer base. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in linear market. Have a SIM A card. Good at numerical skills. Neat appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with cardboard box, plastic, packaging or B to B sales experience is a plus. Placement at PT Sarana Packaging Agrapana (part of SPS CORPORATE, located in Lamongan East Java)
