DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze report performance, sales, and insights to increase sales strategy Communicate with the sales management team regularly Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources to ensure data completeness Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively Present sales performance reports for the regional team Managing sales incentive performance Managing promo effective promo result
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel and data visualization software such as power bi. Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and a customer-centric mindset. Minimum 5 years of experience in analysing complex data (preferred). Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail.
