DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement). Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with other departments. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability. Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. Monitor the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate funds are available for daily operations and strategic investments. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or Financial Management. High-conversational level of English proficiency. Has minimum 5 years or more of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax. Strong understanding of accounting standards applicable to the manufacturing industry, such as IFRS, GAAP, or PSAK. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and recommend actionable insights. Capable of addressing financial challenges unique to manufacturing, such as fluctuating material costs or operational inefficiencies. Excellent communication abilities to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Good communication abilities to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations. Strong Leadership. Microsoft Office, Accurate System. Tax Brevet A & B.
