DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) and coordinating with candidates and interviewers, manage recruitment calendars to ensure the availability of interviewers and candidates, and prepare and send correspondence (including interview invitations).
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, respond to candidate inquiries and provide updates on their application status, and ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
3. Post job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms, assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and social media channels, and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job board providers.
4. Assist in the pre-onboarding process, such as collecting necessary documents and preparing contracts.
5. Assist in inputting candidates' data into the internal system, sending documents to related parties, billing and invoicing invoices related to recruitment.
REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and familiarity with Google Suite
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
7. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
8. Willing to follow the recruitment process and be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
9. Working Hour/Day: 5 Working Days (Mon-Fri), Nonshifts (8AM - 5PM)
