DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process. 2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding process. 3. Develop and implement monthly employee event. 4. Create employer branding content. 5. Produce all related report such as recruitment report, onboarding & offboarding report.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position. 3. Excellent communication and analytical thinking. 4. Strong administration skill with attention to detail. 5. Multitasking person and having initiative. 6. Familiar with editing tools (Canva). 7. Proficient Ms Office. 8. Willing to be placed at Pondok Indah.
