DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the Pharmaceutical industry Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our pharmaceutical products and service Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful completion of projects Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and new product developments
REQUIREMENT

Fresh graduates with D3 or S1 in Pharmaceutical (Farmasi). Proficiency in written English and Indonesian is a mandatory requirement. Any experience in B2B sales role is welcomed. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly self-motivated and capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client objections and close deals Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
