DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

You will be report to Regional Manager Improve sales and close deals to expand the Omnicommerce business. Oversee the complete sales process from identifying potential clients to finalizing agreements. Discover new sales opportunities through networking and establish them as long-term partnerships. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and stay in regular contact to address their needs. Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation, while negotiating agreements and keeping accurate sales records.
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as Account Executive or a similar sales/customer service position. Experience with market research, sales principles, and negotiation techniques. Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in CRM software such as Salesforce considered a plus. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and organizational skills, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm and experience with the role.
