DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided. Understand client needs related to media monitoring and provide appropriate solutions according to their requests. Communicate actively with clients to ensure their goals are achieved and needs are met. Manage and monitor ongoing media monitoring projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure quality and timeliness Identify new opportunities with clients for expansion or improvement of media monitoring services. Coordinate with other internal teams to develop appropriate strategies and solutions for clients.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Manager, Sales, preferably in relevant industry. Understand sales techniques and marketing strategies. Have good negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to use CRM and other sales applications. Good interpersonal communication. High motivation to achieve sales targets. Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic, consultative recommendations.
