REQUIREMENT
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Majoring IT 2. Has two or more years of relevant working experience, and must have at least 1-year experience related to support or operations on IT Industry. 3. Experience Working in the Banking Industry is a plus. 4. Must have a strong understanding of support flows and procedures. 5. Should be able to keep calm in emergencies, and make the correct decision to handle the unexpected exception 6. Having problem-solving skills Ability to deliver simple and step-by-step technical assistance, both verbal and written 7. Handle Ticketing 8. Must be familiar with working via online tools like Jira, SplunkOncall, Dynamic360, Google Calendar. Web-based email, Slack, Grafana, Kibana ,etc 9. Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English language. 10. Shifting 24/7
