DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proven experience in IT service management. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Good command of English language and strong business communication skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Knowledge of general IT operations from an end to end perspective will be an added advantage. (For example, knowledge of activities in IT infra, Applications and BA and how they integrate) Able to multi-task and yet maintain focus and drive proper coordination of critical or priority issues
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL v3/v4 certification is desirable; additional certifications in problem management are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
