DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in markets in Java. • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate sales and expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors & partners. • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans to enhance brand visibility and market presence in Indonesia. • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI. • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. GPA min. 3.00. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as SALES & MARKETING MANAGER, especially in FMCG business. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Travelling for business is required. Based in Surabaya or Jakarta.
