DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversees the work of accounting and tax team, fund operation team, ensuring accuracy of the financial records and analysis.
Prepares financial statements and reports for senior management, holding, authority in accordance with relevant standard and requirement and providing insights and recommendations based on financial data including but not limited to variances to plan/budget.
Establishes and monitors internal controls to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements, including maintaining monthly reconciliation and action items.
Monitoring and reporting on the business’s investment activities, regulatory compliance and internal operations; Responsible for internal and external reporting aspects of the company’s investment activities.
Compliance with relevant laws and regulations which include ensuring the implementation of relevant generally accepted accounting principles for both Indonesia and US GAAP as deemed necessary.
Develop and implement internal accounting policies and procedures. Manages Financial Systems within the organization.
