Employee Benefits: Manage and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs in accordance with company policies. Provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
Business Travel Supervision: Oversee end-to-end business travel processes, including bookings, compliance oversight, and budget management.
Employee Attendance: Maintain accurate attendance tracking systems, address discrepancies promptly, and deliver detailed monthly reports.
Industrial Relations: Navigate complex issues in industrial relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws. Provide expert HR guidance on sensitive employment matters.
Expatriate Management: Streamline expatriate administration, ensuring compliance with documentation and support standards for a cohesive global workforce.
Employee Data Management: Ensure employee data integrity and confidentiality, adhering strictly to data protection regulations and HR standards.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in HR operations in Supervisory level.
Strong grasp of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data management.
Placement : Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.
