DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain and update employee status records (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations). Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, mutation letters). Coordinate campus hiring programs with universities and institutions. Manage general affairs updates, including safety kits and uniforms for employees. Update payroll data to reflect monthly changes (e.g., new hires, salary adjustments). Handle BPJS Health and Employment registration for all new employees. Plan and manage recruitment activities and HR projects. Assist in creating and updating company SOPs to ensure compliance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to travel to another city Available to join immediately with a full WFO working policy from Pluit, North Jakarta Fluent in english both speaking and writing
