DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (Planning, sourcing, profiling and placement. Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee (starting from create job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, giving competency test and interviewing candidates, continue to make offering letter until hiring) Make the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and System Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select and evaluate applicants. Carry out coaching, training and activities related to the development of mental potential, skills and knowledge of employees which is in accordance with company standards Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations or policies Making Weekly & Monthly recruitment progress report
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Have minimal 5 years experiences in Recruiter at outsourcing, head hunter, manpower supplier company and similar Having skill in Recruitment Process, sources of candidate Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening) Computer literate in Ms Office (excellent in Ms Words & Ms Excel), Power point, Internet) Have great analytical thinking, conceptual and administrative skill 8. Have good communication skill, negotiation, problem solving skills Able to work in a team as well as individually Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure Hard worker person, energetic, discipline, honest and willing to learn new things, creative, detail oriented, leadership and well organized Willing to work overtime when required
