As a regional sales, lead and motivate teams to commit and achieve the sales target. Building, developing and monitoring teams to sales comply with applicable regulations. Coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in any major Target oriented and team development. Good business sense and well perform analytical skills Min. 2 years experience in banking/insurance (preferred) Based in Bandung.
