DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieving aftersales revenue and contribution margin targets for parts, accessories, chemicals and lifestyle products as group function. Achieving customer satisfaction targets for aftersales as group function. Supporting the aftersales manager at the dealer with regards to process optimization, achieving standards and framework conditions, GWK requests and parts orders as group functions and dealer organization. Implementing business development projects aftersales as group function and Business Partners.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor /Master Degree in Business Administration and/or Management Experience Minimum 6 years experiences in automotive business is a must. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Good organization and negotiation skills. Strong technical knowledge, logic & analysis thinking Experience to prioritize measures regarding the increase of the aftersales turnover and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Agile, dynamic & adaptive Fast learner and able to work under specific time line. SPREAD ENTHUSIASM. SHAPE THE FUTURE.
