DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively canvassing and prospecting for new customers within the assigned sales territory Conducting face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services Identifying customer requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline data in the company's Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to support continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar sales canvassing or field sales role Diploma degree or equivalent Strong Ms Office Skills, including Data Analysis and Presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle objections and secure sales Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Owns personal Vehicle Good knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry, including trends and competitor offerings This is an opportunity to join PT Trans Dana Profitri as a SALES CANVASSING. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for the company's of the sales team, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and securing new business.
