DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and export customers. 3. Provided technical support, and related application solutions for customers, organized and performed trials at customers' and potential customers' sites. 4. Support activities to explore and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential new customers and gathering market intelligence information. 5. Support production team to improve product quality including initiation and resolution of customer complaints 6. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. 7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry or Marketing 2. At least 3 years working experience in Technical Sales/Services in Wood and/or Construction industry 3. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 4. Be IT literate (Microsoft) and understand the ISO Quality Management System 5. Must be able to travel around Indonesia and abroad including some weekend travel. 6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication. 8. Proven ability to identify and qualify leads. 9. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. 10. Competence in troubleshooting technical issues. 11. Excellent command of English
