DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the development of Allure Industries' proprietary machine learning model from concept to deployment. Research and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into the company’s operations and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design AI-driven solutions. Implement robust data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques. Ensure the scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of the developed models. Develop frameworks for testing, validating, and maintaining models. Document processes and train stakeholders on model application and integration.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong expertise in data analysis, algorithm development, and feature engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize model performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
