DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applications.
2. Handles all administrative tasks for employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
3. Ensures internal HR workflows as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.
4. Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations and maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws.
5. Maintains HR data and records in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
6. Proactively identify HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
7. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training and resources.
8. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
9. Develop and administer performance management programs, including performance reviews, goal setting, and recognition, to drive employee engagement and development.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
11. Cooperate with broad range of educational institution to initiate various programs and partnerships to enhance company human capital.
REQUIREMENT

2. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
3. Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules, as required, to meet the needs and expectations of the company.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
